Founder & Managing Director
Mark Jourdain founded Solution Consultants (SolCo) in 2009 having worked for a number of telecoms businesses for 15 years. As managing director, Mark has overseen the growth of the business from start-up, to becoming a leading Managed Service Provider & Energy Procurement business. Mark’s interest mainly revolve around sport, family, friends & his two dogs.

Chris Pollard
Sales Director
Chris joined SolCo in 2019 as Sales Director, with a wealth of experience in telecoms and IT. As well as growing our client base, Chris has also grown an extensive network of trusted partners in the Thames Valley area.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing football and looking after an assorted range of household pets accumulated by the rest of his family over many years.

Stuart McEwen
IT Service Delivery Manager
As the IT Service Manager, Stuart McEwen applies a standard of precision and dedication to every aspect of the role. For Stuart, managing IT services is much like being an amateur chef, it requires careful planning, attention to detail, and a perfect blend of ingredients (or, in this case, systems).
When not streamlining operations, you’ll find Stuart on the cricket pitch or golf course, always focused on performance. Born and raised in South Africa, Stuart is a proud and mad Springbok rugby supporter, Stuart brings that competitive energy and team-first attitude to the Solution Consultants service department, ensuring our clients receive fast, effective, and world-class support.

Shirley Ralfe
Energy Account Director
Shirley joined SolCo in 2018 as an Accounts Director. She comes from a successful Corporate Management background, with 15 years in General Management, Energy Procurement and Customer Service. Her interests centre around her family, friends and her love for animals.
